При нажатии SOS телефон участника может отправить админам, указавшим номер, SMS с именем, временем и ссылкой на карту с местоположением. SMS идут через сеть мобильного оператора, а не через базу данных приложения, и не шифруются. Версия из Google Play только открывает приложение «Сообщения» с готовым текстом, отправляет его сам пользователь; версии, установленные не из Google Play, могут отправить SMS сами, если пользователь разрешит.
Только для работы приложения: чтобы участники одной семьи видели друг друга на карте и получали уведомления. Приложение не показывает рекламу, не содержит аналитики и не продаёт данные.
В базе данных Google Firebase Realtime Database (регион Европа) в проекте владельца приложения. Передача шифруется (TLS). Доступ к данным семьи имеют только телефоны, подключённые по коду семьи, и браузеры, которые они подтвердили; правила доступа привязывают каждое устройство к его семье.
История перемещений: 30 дней. События: 7 дней. Текущая позиция: до следующего обновления. Это удаляется автоматически. Экранное время хранится до удаления семьи. Номер админа хранится, пока админ не сотрёт его в настройках или не выйдет из семьи.
Админ: Настройки → «Удалить семью и все данные» удаляет всё немедленно. Участник: Настройки → «Отключить от семьи» удаляет его с карты. Удаление приложения останавливает сбор данных. Запрос на удаление также можно отправить на e-mail владельца, указанный на странице приложения в Google Play.
Телефон ребёнка настраивает родитель или законный представитель, который тем самым даёт согласие на обработку данных ребёнка. Приложение не собирает ничего сверх перечисленного и не показывает ребёнку рекламу.
Геолокация «Всегда»: положение обновляется, когда приложение закрыто. Уведомления: SOS, события зон и передачи геолокации. Отключение экономии батареи: чтобы система не останавливала передачу. Поверх других приложений (телефоны админов, по желанию): чтобы страница SOS открывалась на весь экран, даже когда открыто другое приложение. Номер телефона (телефоны админов, только при нажатии «Взять с SIM-карты»): прочитать собственный номер, чтобы не вводить его вручную; сохраняется он, только когда админ нажмёт «Сохранить». SMS (только версии не из Google Play, по желанию): отправить SMS при SOS. Микрофон, камера и контакты не используются.

When someone presses SOS, their phone can send a text message (SMS) with their name, the time and a map link to their position to the admins who entered a number. Text messages go through the mobile network, not through the app's database, and are not encrypted. The Google Play version only opens the Messages app with the text filled in, and the user sends it; versions installed outside Google Play can send it by themselves if the user allows it.
Solely to let members of one family see each other on a map and receive alerts. No ads, no analytics, no selling of data.
Google Firebase Realtime Database (Europe) in the app owner's project, encrypted in transit (TLS). Only phones joined with the family code, and browsers they approved, can access the family's data; security rules bind each device to its family.
Location history 30 days, events 7 days, current position until the next update; these are deleted automatically. Screen time is kept until the family is deleted. An admin's number is kept until the admin clears it in the settings or leaves the family.
Admin: Settings → "Leave or delete family" → "Delete family and all data". The family is deleted 7 days after the request; until then it keeps working and any admin can cancel. After that a closed copy that only the developer can reach is kept for 30 days so a mistaken deletion can be undone, then erased for good. Separately, a copy of the whole database is saved every night to a private Google Cloud storage bucket of the developer and erased after 30 days. Member: Settings → "Disconnect from family". Uninstalling stops collection. You can also email the owner listed on the Google Play page.
A child's phone is set up by a parent or legal guardian, who thereby consents to the processing of the child's data. Nothing beyond the above is collected and no ads are shown.
Location "all the time": the position updates while the app is closed. Notifications: SOS, zone events and location sharing. Battery optimisation off: so the system does not stop the updates. Display over other apps (admin phones, optional): so the SOS page opens full screen even while another app is in use. Phone number (admin phones, only when "Take from SIM" is tapped): reads the phone's own number so it need not be typed; it is stored only when the admin taps "Save". SMS (only versions outside Google Play, optional): sends the SOS text message. The microphone, camera and contacts are not used.
